Vitamin B12 is essential as it helps to generate red blood cells, thereby improving the oxygen level in our body. Zinc is also important for repairing hair tissues. Omega-3 helps to improve hair shaft health as well as helps to heal damaged roots. Fish oil, almonds, flaxseed's and walnuts are rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Maintaining a proper diet helps to reduce hair fall in the rainy season.
